Established in 2000, Genesem develops semiconductor back-end process equipment such as EMI Attach/Detach, Saw Singulation, Laser Application, Pick and Place and supplies it not only to Korea but also to global markets such as the United States, China, Mexico, Philippines, Vietnam, and India, etc.
